Rediscovering Sretenkas - A Moscow district in transition
Urban concept by SPEECH Tchoban & Kuznetsov
The exhibition shows the plans to revive the centuries-old district 270 for the Moscow Sucharevsky market - designed by the Constructivist Konstantin Meljnikov - their planning approaches open up new avenues in the historic Moscow city planning. It highlights different strategies and experiences of city reconstruction in the Russian capital, introduces the architectural history of Sretenka and illustrates the current and future situation.
