New hotel building Budget-Hotel with 3-Star-Standard

A hotel with 168 guest rooms arises within the northern range „Gateway Gardens “. The building, with 8 levels in east west direction along the Bessie Coleman road, it tapers at the west side. The building is completely made with a cellar under, mostly used for underground parking. The façade cladding is intended as differently large, behind-ventilated sheet metal elements. The windows are about 10 cm shifted back in opposite to the other front and are composite into irregular horizontal fascias. The front parts are coated by a light gold and the back parts should be coloured in a dark bronze. The window parapets are made from bronze cape piece with glass panels. The entrance hall is coexistent hotel reception, lobby and distributor to the elevators, to the stair as well as to the luggage room and a self-support area. Behind the reception an office offers temporarily useable space for an assistant. Eastward the breakfast area closes on. This area is at the same time vestibule for the three conference rooms with a total area of approx. 60 m² at the northern side. Behind the breakfast area are of the eastern side a kitchen, an area of staff as well as camp and garbage area with the delivery. In each level are 24 hotel rooms arranged along a central corridor. In the basement are guest toilets, camp and technique areas besides the underground parking.
